One of the pleasures of Istanbul is a ride on a ferry all the way up the Bosphorus, towards the Black Sea.

There are numerous boats ready to take visitors for a day long tour of the islands near Fethiye, a town on the Southern Coast of Turkey. Even in late October, the water was pleasantly warm, and we swam in several of the bays.
